Whimsical Wednesday wonderful souls. Grateful! Grateful for so many things. Innocence. I admit, sometimes I miss the wide eyed girl who was amazed by everything and felt everything was right with the world. No comparisons, judgements, worries, just love, peace, joy and hope. It’s a process that seems to occur as we grow that life and our experiences put a little wear, tear and tarnish to our innocent eyes and souls. I think these days especially, we are experiencing more stress, negativity and can feel battered through what we see from multiple venues and situations. Anger and impatience seem to be raising up and growing as a natural state of being anymore. We can shift this, we are the holders of the light .. we can brighten it up by our own projection of calm, light, peace and love. So, I ask this day, take a step back in your mind to innocence. Where love was without conditions, the horizon was a glow of pink and purple hues, where you would sit and imagine the unseen for hours and life was just more simple and innocent. While I treasure where I am, the now, I shall embrace that innocence as best I can time and again. Spectacular Sunday my sweets. I am grateful for today. Today, as every day, there shall be blessings in our lives. If we look and see all that is around us we know that we are fortunate. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful. Peace is precious. It’s priceless and a great blessing. To be mindful of the situations we place ourselves in and keep our distance can help immensely. There have been moments I didn’t trust my inner gut and intuition and could feel the peace draining out of my soul … it’s just way too costly! To be able to walk my path with a sense of overall peace is a daily goal. I stay aware of situations, people, and catalysts that somehow diminish my sense of peace and wholeness and steer clear. Now there are times it seems drama and stress come slithering into the mix, however, if we focus our mind on calmness, wholeness and ease … with some deep breaths thrown in … we can bring ourself back to a state of peace. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day .. so grateful for today. Today is my son‘s 25th birthday and I am so blessed to be his mom. He has such a loving spirit, and he always brings a smile to my face. So a special shout out to him on his birthday. Let’s celebrate kindness today, let’s celebrate love. As we go about this day, let us open our heart to others, and be a light to their lives! Let’s speak words of goodness, hope, joy, peace, calmness. Let acts of kindness be plenty. And let’s hold kindness for ourselves in souls as well .. we deserve that love from our own spirit too! Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Grateful for life! A big shout out to my lil’ munchkin Wesley who turns 1 today. You are a light that shines so brightly in my life. I love you!!!! I’m so proud of his parents Julian and Fabiola and how incredibly wonderful they take care of him. As we walk our beautiful path, let us not be blind to all the beauty and blessings that surround us each and every day. Sometimes the simplest things bring us the most joy and hold the most beauty. To hear the rain playing a beat on the window, to see the stars in the sky, smell the wetness of the earth, or a beautiful smile on a dear soul. To hear the words that we are loved, appreciated, seen and heard. To feel the gentle touch of a four-footed paw on our hand. To be able to enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea, a warm shower and a roof over our head. These are simple and beautiful blessings in our lives to be mindful of each and every day. We truly are blessed. What are the simple things that touch your heart and your soul? Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls. Grateful for the gift of today! As we travel our journeys, we will meet other souls that we either click with or we don’t. That doesn’t mean we don’t honor their worthiness or their existence, or that others should not reciprocate. However, in a world that can try to persuade us to be something different, have the courage to be you. Don’t change the core of who you are, deep inside, to fit into being what others feel you should be. You are uniquely you for a very important reason. I’m not saying that we don’t all grow, and that we don’t all explore who we are, shift naturally through life experiences our actions and behaviors, but there is still within us an innate personality, it’s just who we are. It’s how we were built, created, designed … it’s US. So, be brave, be strong and be you .. you’re worthy and enough exactly as you are. And honestly, the world needs you to be you! Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful for life. What makes your heart sing with joy? What drives you, touches your soul in a way you can’t explain, makes you feel as if you were flying and soaring through the air. Those are the instances we are aware of what adds perfectly to our purpose on this earth. When you feel that in another’s presence, those are the souls who are meant to play a bigger part in our journeys. While our purpose truly is just to be, and we need do nothing more than that, there are things and souls that sparkle within our soul when we run into them.
