Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls. I am grateful! Words have power, they are brought about usually by thoughts; positive and negative. Words are today’s focus … how we choose them, the tone we speak them in and the meaning behind them. They can be soothing or spears to the soul. Words teach, protect, calm, uplift, support, love .. they can also terrorize, abuse, tear down and rip lives apart. Let us be mindful of the words we speak to others and to ourselves. Are we mindfully choosing in a kind way what we are trying to communicate? While there are times words will be more intense and instant .. “don’t touch that hot stove,” however, usually, we have a more thought out choice. We can chose words that serve as lights and nourishment to the soul versus perpetuating darkness and pain to others. Let us be aware of what we say and how we say it .. it really does matter. As always, I hold for all us love, light, life, joy, peace, hope, health, healing, kindness, connection, compassion, empathy, gratitude, sharing, understanding, forgiveness, friendship, family, companionship, creativity, imagination, inspiration, magic, music, intuition, wisdom, bravery, strength, passion, dreams, boldness, possibility, positivity, prsperity, abundance, balance, acceptance, boldness, strength, receiving, respect, caring, trust, play, laughter, smiles, hugs.
