Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive … I am grateful. It was an amazing gift to be an opener with a lovely bunch o’ folks for the Blues Fest yesterday. So nice to see people joyously dancing and celebrating life really!! Let’s be happy .. just spend today in a happiness bubble of love, joy, hope and lightness. Let’s do that for a long time! Goodness gracious, I can get tired of negativity, self criticism, meanness, fighting, trying to control and force everything, stress .. let’s just have some good hearted fun filled days with laughter, peace and smiling. That’s what I want on my plate .. JOY!!!! So today I challenge you .. do your work, take it to heart, but don’t let it envelope your soul! If somethings in life frustrated you, let it fly away quickly with a giggle, because it’s probably no big thing. If your overly critical with yourself (I raise my hand) let that shit go .. you’re you .. glorious, worthy, beautifully flawed, enough – relax a little .. just be happy with life .. let it be a gift to be opened daily.
