As we walk our paths today, let us look at how we react to those around us. When we speak our words do they hold a note of kindness or brashness? Do we find ourselves in acts of kindness to those we come upon during our day? In our journeys are we coming from a place of love or from from a place of indifference? We truly are the keepers of the light and what we put out in attitude, words and actions truly makes a difference .. not only for others but for ourselves as well. So this beautiful new day and month .. let us hold ourselves to a standard of kindness, renewed each moment as vessels of love. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day of life. Welcome the last day of merry May. If we can awaken each morning with the belief that this is the best day ever, continually living in that state of mind, what a life we may have. We are greeted this morning with new breath, a new day, a new hope .. fully and deeply able to experience the day, open to the adventures that shall show up for us. When we are able to receive and embrace the day, it becomes a magnificent way to life. In hope and faith, we know that everything always works out for us, no matter what shows up as our door, we walk in a place of joy versus burden. We are not hindered by the journey, but open and willing to walk our paths openly embracing the events of now. Life is a gift, something brilliant will show up at every turn. Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls. I am grateful, thankful and blessed! I am grateful for all that is provided me each and every day. There are so many things to be thankful for. Today however, I am especially grateful for the music that fills my soul and comes from my heart. I must also thank three very talented gentleman that I got to share the evening with yesterday laying down tracks to the last song on my CD. A huge shout out to Rich Petko, Tom Andersen and Kevin Hahn. It sounds more beautiful than I ever expected. To be able to create with individuals who touch your heart in such a deep way by the notes that they play, the inspiration that they share and also by the hearts that they hold within their being is truly a gift. I wish everyone to be able to share in their own passion and bliss each and every day .. that is a catalyst for truly being alive in our purpose. Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. Thankful for life! We all have those moments where we wonder, what if, if I had only, should I have done this. Well truth of the matter is, there is nothing you can do about the past. However, isn’t it amazing that we can take where we are right at this very moment and pursue or do the things that we may have wished to do in the past. As long as we are breathing, as long as we are alive, there is always forward motion. So today if you think of things as should have, could have, wish I would have … STOOOPPPPPP! Today is a brand new day to step forward in the dreams of now. You are the captain of your life, the driver of your vessel, the one who holds the keys to the ignition of your soul. Yesterday is gone but today is here live it as you would wish to live it today and always. You’ve got everything you need to take those steps in your life to that place that you dream of. Each forward motion is a step, and each moment now is your current path to envelope the dream. You’ve got this!!!! Memorial Monday my magnificent souls. Grateful. On this day of remembering, let us not forget those who gave all in service. The fallen soldiers who never made it home, never returned to those that loved them so dearly. For their ultimate sacrifice we honor them this and every day. Let us hold thoughts of gratitude and caring for their choice to serve and the ultimate gift of their life here on earth. I hold you with esteem on this most precious of day of remembrance. Thank you from the depths of my heart and soul. For us all, let us remember the precious gift we are given each and every day of life. We wake up with breath and once again travel our paths. Let us not waste what is given to us in life. We truly are blessed in the grace of another day. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful for this day of life. Do you know, truly, how important you are to you. We are important to each other, there is no doubt, but I think sometimes we forget the importance of ourselves to ourselves. We are the one who lives our entire existence with ourself .. all of our lives. Instead of being mean and thinking, saying and doing horrible things to ourselves, let us practice unconditional love and kindness. Let us embrace our soul, body and mind .. all of that which we are .. each and every day. Let us nurture the child within us and hold thoughts of goodness towards the constant and consistent traveler of your path. Grow, learn, live, change .. yes .. but in good Spirit and faith .. knowing you are worthy, needed and always enough. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread the love and kindness. I’ve been grateful to be the witness to acts of love and kindness recently, and it warms my heart so much. When we take the time to show another our caring for them, through kind words and acts that bring joy, hope, love to another, it’s such a beautiful thing to behold. By holding each other in a place of cherishing their existence and seeing their worthiness, it touches souls and brings light into the world. Today I challenge you to seek out someone who may be struggling and sprinkle a little kindness upon them. We are all fellow travelers on our journeys, but the connections that we make with each other create an energy and vibration that is something to behold. So go forth and spread the love!! Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day of gratitude! No matter glorious or painful, large or small, preferred or non-preferred, expected or unexpected, easy or trying .. every thing we experience is a life lesson. If we can hold within our beings, even when we are gut-wrenched, that each situation was a step towards today, we can live in a place of peace with a much more positive light focused. Looking back at the things that truly kicked me in the shins, these are my greatest lessons and take always. These are the excavators of my soul that took me to the bare bones and allowed me to truly see what I wanted, and who I wanted to be, on my life path. While those moments can feel like he’ll when you’re in the midst, everything always has a way of working out and life continues in this beautiful sphere. The flowers bloom, bees buzz, birds sing, another sun rises and we’re still breathing. So hold faith if you’re going through something right now .. and trust you’ll learn something amazing from it about yourself .. and your strong, worthy, supported and more than enough to get through it! Life .. if we can sit in the peace of the depth and inner calm of our soul .. that place we are connected to the Divine, knowing it’s all perfect right where we are. To hold faith that the best truly is yet to come because it hasn’t been birthed yet for us to envelope fully … and how we get the honor of opening the adventure up like the greatest gift we’ve ever received.
