Marvelous Monday my magnificent souls. Grateful for life. You hold the compass to your path, it is your path, uniquely charted and uniquely walked. There is no one understands you on this earth more deeply than you. Yes, I believe that we are guided by the Divine, but that being said no other human soul on this planet knows you as intimately as you do. Trusting and knowing that you hold the key to where the journey is leading you this and every day, is integral to your well being in the highest sense. You must hold your compass toward YOUR true north and know that unquestionably you are last say in any decision that will be made on your behalf. Will we make mistakes, likely, they are our greatest teachers .. but if you give that power to anyone other than yourself, you are changing your course in a way that could be a 180 degree turn from where you are meant to go. So be in trust of your path and your journey. Glorious Sunday my sweets. Blessed be to all. It’s important to take time for ourselves to sit in silence and hear our Soul and Source provide answers without seeking guidance. In stillness, we can find the wisest of answers that can feel so distant. There is so much going on in our days, that sometimes in just doing what we feel needs to be done, we miss the ultimate answers to some of our biggest questions. We are souls connected to the Divine and our authentic selves .. when we allow ourselves to truly listen with, that is when we find ourselves most tapped in to that which we need to hear. So I would ask you today, take a half hour of alone time, in pure silence, breathing deeply, and listening to the voice within. You might be amazed at what thoughts come forth to you. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful for this day of life. We are infinite! While moments can show up with heavy clouds, the blue and starry skies lie above. As the wind gently pushes the clouds away, so do the moments of our lives shift and change. Our moods are not who we are, it is what we feel at a given time. Dark emotions will clear to joy and peace. It’s so important to remember that what we can feel in a moment is fleeting; it’s the process of life. If we can hold on, breathe through the emotional heaviness we can sometimes feel, there is joy, calm and peace on the other side. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is the time to seek help and honest conversations about where we stand at a given time. Time passes, the veil of sadness and desperation can be transformed and life can go from darkness to light. Hold on beloved .. the sun is coming. Fortunate Friday my fabulous ones … we are alive. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread love and kindness. In the last few days, two well known individuals have taken their life; there are others we may not know or who may be in our circles who took the same path. My sweet souls, I know there are days where it can feel like the darkest of nights. We are bombarded daily by messages, not only in our own heads but through social media, television, ads, each other, and many other venues telling us we’re not enough … so many not this enough or that that enough. THESE ARE LIES!! We also have our own demons that float around in her head that sometimes only we know, things brought on by the past .. memories, guilt, shame leading to self loathing. Depression, anxiety, mental illness that is as true of a health issue as a heart condition and in need of professional treatment! I want to tell you today that you are worthy, you are enough, you are needed, you are beautiful, you are unique and you are glorious. You are here for the most amazing of purposes TO BE GLORIOUSLY YOU! Love yourself and honor yourself .. and be kind to yourself. If you could see yourself through the eyes of the Divine, you’d be amazed at your glory. Please, if you’re having any thoughts of doing harm to yourself, there is a number at the end of this post .. call it and seek help .. you truly are not alone. Incorporate that passion and bliss into your life. There is joy and great purpose in that which puts a sparkle in your soul and a huge smile on your face. We all have something that drives us, that makes us feel as if we’re on fire and complete. Never downplay or put aside that aspect of yourself, because it is what contributes to being uniquely you. Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful for life. Sometimes you just have to stop and just breathe. Do what you can, when you can, and let it be what it is. There are moments when outward actions required of another aren’t in your control or sit on your shoulders; times when it’s truly out of your hands. In these moments, it’s up to us to remain calm within ourselves, do what we can do for our own inner peace, let it be, let them do their own work and sit in our own peace and JUST BREATHE. I can guarantee you there is a peace in letting go, letting it be and remaining still. So this day, if you’re trying to control the actions another is accountable for .. don’t .. that is their work and not yours. Be supportive, be respectful, be an active listener, be mindful .. but don’t try and be a super hero when one isn’t needed .. sometime the lesson is theirs to learn and work through.
