Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful for life. So very hard to believe it’s my son Julian’s 30th birthday today .. where did the time go. I’m so very proud of who he has become in his life. And honored to be his Mom. Time flies .. and as the years go by it gets faster versus slower .. soooooo .. make the most of each moment. Wrap you arms around the day and let it carry you with it giggling as you glide through it .. capture each and every moment. It’s a gift, a kaleidoscope of seconds, a tapestry of colors!! Live, laugh, sing, smile, love, meditate, dance .. be filled in the joy of your existence. It’s such a beautiful dance this life .. go for the gusto and let stress be gone and peace remain. Marvelous Monday my magnificent souls. Grateful for life. Today, I will do that which I can do. I will be open and receptive to whatever comes my way, accepting that which I prefer. I will not create scenarios in my head which do not present themselves right in front of me, and I will not allow worry to hang over my soul. I will take each step with a positive mindset, knowing that each moment is a gift that is there to teach me a valuable lesson. I will breathe, be calm and productive while staying within a state of peace. I shall release the need to control that which I have no control over. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful, thankful and blessed. There are so many things in life that I hold so dear .. one of them is music. Had a wonderful rehearsal last night and then spent time talking with dear band mates .. it truly is an honor to be in the midst of artistry and be able to be in the aliveness of the moment when a note is given birth through voice or instrument. It awakens the room with its presence and then gently (or sometimes not so gently) vibrates its last sound wave for other notes to join. It truly is the simple things that are so impactful in our existence. So today I challenge you to look for the seemingly small moments that balloon into the grand and memorable times of your life! We all have them and sometimes allow them to be invisible, but deep within our soul they are calling us to recognize them. Look with a willing heart, see with open eyes, hear with listening ears .. know it’s going to be a fabulous day abundant in many blessing, large and small!!! Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread some kindness! One of the great motives in our life should be to step out in kindness each and every day. To put a smile on another’s face and know in some way we touch their heart and Spirit. Kindness is not limited to the human species either, it is essential to the furred, feathered and scaled souls that cross our path. There is SO MUCH unconditional love given by those tremendous beings. And let’s not forget about our precious environment and the nature surrounding us. Today let your motive be to sprinkle kindness, love, joy, goodness, caring and light where your path may take you. Open up your heart and give of yourself. As we walk this road, we will have many opportunities in front of us .. each moment has a choice .. the biggest choice within the now is how you react, accept and allow. Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. Thankful for life! As we begin our piece of the patchwork of life for today let us release the stress, burdens, heaviness and need for control. Usher in peace, acceptance, letting go and letting be. When you have as your mindset that you must put every piece perfectly into its place, no coloring outside the lines, it must be exactly this way to be good, you create a sense an anxiousness when things don’t go exactly as you visioned then. You allow a mood and sense of uneasiness and tension to be present where it’s not needed. If you sit within your soul and look at the past, everything always works out in the end, and not everything was 100% perfect .. it almost never is. So today, have faith you’re Divinely covered in grace, that you don’t have to be holding on to the steering wheel so tightly .. enjoy the scenery of life, breathe easy, be in the moment and know you’re worthy, strong and enough in just being you. Special Sunday my spectacular souls. Glorious day of gratitude! Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms. I think one of the greatest blessings in the world is to be called a parent, whether by birth or by heart .. our children and our children’s children bring us such glorious blessings and lessons. Their love for us, and our love for them, goes beyond measure. No matter the abundance of watching them spread their wings, taking their first step, learning their own souls and their own paths. we are independent souls who traverse our paths together in the most deep and personal of ways. We learn to step outside ourselves to feel love in the deepest fashion. I’m blessed to be a mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law. I love them all in the deepest sense knowing how blessed I am. They are my greatest treasure. I’m so proud of the men and women they’ve become and will become. And of course to my Mom, Mother-in-law and Grandmothers who are no longer here in the flesh .. I Love and Miss you much! So today honor the Mom’s (Dads) and children in your life.
