Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so blessed with this day of life. So grateful. My son Julian and his family drive down last night from Tacoma to be with me this weekend .. a glorious mother’s day present! To hear the laughter and smiles of my grandson and spend time with the kiddos is priceless. I have a huge smile on my face. So today lovelies, let’s voice our blessings .. let’s see them and acknowledged them .. I have so many I can’t even begin to put them all down .. so I will simply state .. I AM BLESSED AND GRATEFUL! You are blessed in your own beautiful way too .. and most importantly, in being the precious you that you are. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day of gratitude! Blessings abound in our lives .. they are everywhere .. all we need do is to look. Pick a few things you are extremely thankful for and spend five minutes on each writing down how they are blessings. I’m grateful for so much .. the souls I get to share a majority of my time with, where I lay my head and find peace and solitude the creativity that flows through me .. and the abundance of so many blessings bestowed upon me each and ever day. Glorious Sunday my sweets. Blessed day to all. Let’s put on the gratitude today .. appreciation and thankfulness for all the many many blessings bestowed upon us each and every day! They are all around us .. the flowers that bloom, the water and nutrition that nourishes us, the sun and it’s warming and healing rays. The birds songs demonstrate their gratitude .. shall we not sing also of the many favors that fill our lives? As I sit here with a warm cup of coffee and soft and comfortable bed, I’m reminded of the many little blessings, that really are huge, in my existence. I’m grateful for it all, especially those that share love and kindness to me, whatever form they take .. human, animal, nature and energetic spirits. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread love and kindness. As we travel our journey, let us speak and show kindness, love, joy, peace and calm along our path. There is never a situation in which we need to come from a place of anything but love, kindness and light. I feel drawn today to state this .. I think we misplace our thoughts when we believe we are not allowed to speak or walk our truth and still be behaving with love and kindness. Especially in more difficult situations. This is a HUGE lesson I’ve had to learn. Because, to be authentic, we will have to live and speak our truth in some moments where it may feel unkind and uncomfortable .. but by being honest and open about the truly important things, we are ultimately being kind to others and ourselves .. everyone is on the same level of understanding. Words and actions that speak truth in a soothing and loving manner are usually understood and taken in a much more receptive way then and those spoken harshly. So be kind and be loving .. but don’t believe you have to negate your truth to still maintain that state of being. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive. This moment … right now … it’s what you have. How are you honoring the seconds and minutes of your existence? Whoosh there went one, two, three. If we allow ourselves to sit in this very precious moment, fully engaged and aware of what it has to offer, life will continually be seen and fully experienced. There are important moments of mindfulness and meditation where you will be shown lessons from the past, embrace and accept them without regret (you can’t change the experience but you can change how you feel about it). There are moments that dreams and visions to the future appear .. they are sign posts of what you’d might like to journey to, it’s good to embrace and believe. While these “planned sessions” of deep examination are grand and needed, don’t let the now be shoved to the sidelines .. because the past is but a memory and the future is but a vision .. you’re alive right now … be present for the present .. and live in the moment!!
