Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls. I am grateful for today! Today is the day to let go of things that no longer serve you. That can be many many things. It can be people in your life, it can be attitudes, it can be addictions, it can be as simple as turning off negative speak within your head. Each one of us has something that influences our life in a way that does not serve our greater good. So what is one thing that may have served you in the past, but no longer is beneficial in your life. If we make small strides each and every day to clear up that which no longer benefits, we can allow the things no longer serving us to be shed, like snake shedding old skin, allowing newness in. So dig deep and let life renew .. each and every day. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so blessed with this day of life. What is your soul most grateful for this day. Take five minutes, close your eyes, feel deep into you your heart and soul and ask yourself what are some of the many blessings in my life? What are the things I wake up each day and hold supreme gratitude for? We all have something that we know deeply as a blessing in our lives. It could be the people you’re surrounded with, the animals souls that live with you, air, water, food, housing, music, nature, your own miraculous vessel that allows you to travel this earthly plane. In living in gratitude, we appreciate the simple and grand miracles that are given each day. Life is not always exactly what we had planned it to be .. but it is a blessing that is always shifting with new opportunities and possibilities. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to put a special focus on kindness. I was blessed yesterday to be able to attend an award ceremony at lunch that honored the “ageless” who were receiving awards at 75 years of age and up for their service to others. It was a reminder that no matter our age or status, we can all be helpers. We can all make someone’s life a little bit easier each and every day and serve the greater good. To me, kindness is the spark which brings that flame to light. I don’t know about you but when someone is there for me, shares a kind word, smiles at me, holds the door, sees me for who I am, it brightens my heart and puts a lightness in my spirit. So today, be of the service of kindness to those you meet and those in your life .. it’ll do a world of good.
