Fantastic Friday my fantabulous souls!! It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread compassion and kindness. Today is a brand new day, a new experience, a blank page. Let’s fill this day with lots of love and kindness to those we encounter. We can provide acts of kindness, remembering the little important things someone close to us holds dear, doing small things to help our loved ones out, sharing a surprise of a token of appreciation. Smiling at those we meet. We can all be a blessing to others. We can think first, mind our words, and let them be filled with honey versus vinegar. Now, speaking the truth is vital, but we can do it kindly versus with harshness. So many little positive things to help us be a blessing, encourager, lifter-upper, healer and just a dear soul to those we meet along the path. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive. This is going to be an amazing and brilliant day. There is always room for growth. Each day that we awaken, something will be brought into our lives, our minds or our souls, that will teach us and help us to grow. Change is constant, be it the weather, the seasons, our bodies, our age, or our circumstances. So as we traverse our journeys, be not afraid, but mindful, of the growth and shifts in life .. it’s natural and evolutionary. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful for this day of life. Feeling so so blessed! For us all, may today be a day filled with many blessings and hold many shining moments. Be mindful each day of how many blessings surround your life and fill your soul. They’re really not hard to find, they are as simple, yet priceless as running water, a warm blanket, kindness, food in the refrigerator, love of family and friends … and the love you share into your own soul. So many blessings each and every day that we may have become blinded to and forget. I am so grateful for the grace given to me each day. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, the day I remind us to be agents of spreading. kindness. When we share acts of kindness with others, we put unexpected vibrations of light and love into another beings universe. It is never wasted as it creates a spark of goodness into the world. We can all be kind, it costs us nothing, but is priceless beyond belief. If you can take a second and remember back when someone was unexpectedly kind, and remember how truly good it felt, it will bring you to a smile and warmth in your soul; it served as an affirmation of your worthiness and being seen in the world. Now, we are always worthy and enough, but it sure doesn’t hurt every once in a while to have someone recognize you, see you, hear you, and be kind. It’s a loving act. So today I challenge you to sprinkle kindness everywhere you go. It’ll make you feel as great as the receiver! Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive. Your attitude and your perception are great indicators of how your day will go. If we allow ourselves to live in a state of peace, joy, fullness, acceptance and receptivity, we are much more likely to be walking around with a smile versus a frown. Life isn’t perfect .. but it’s pretty darn good a good portion of the time .. and if we hold on to knowing and feeling it is grand, we are enough, we’re moving about our path and we have faith and hope in now and whatever is to come, it puts us in a preferred space of positivity, lightness and joy. On the birthday of a dear friend who is passed, I’m reminded that each new day is truly a gift.
