Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful for life. Today I shall choose joy. That will be my mantra. Let’s focus this day on the positive aspects of life. The moments that make us giggle, smile and sigh “aha” .. that’s just what I wanted. Your joy is really up to you .. the choices made over your life have put you right where you’re at. And I believe in an underlying lesson and destiny with each step. It’s your choice to live it your own way. Besides, there’s no going back .. the greatest gift we have is the present! Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, the day I remind us to be mindful of spreading kindness to those along our path. One kind word or act can start a domino affect. Whomever you’re kind to, in response, feels a positive spark and passes it forward, that positive kindness spark is ignited and trickles down to another, and another, and another. It’s a beautiful effect! It brings light, love, goodness, and self caring to those on which we bestow it upon, it just warms their soul. It’s priceless but invaluable .. and it leaves the giver as wealthy as the receiver. Kindness is never wasted, always abundantly available to use and is one of the greatest magic tools we have in our toolkit of life. So .. go forth this day and ignite the kindness domino effect .. I bet it’ll boomerang right back atcha and hit you warmly in your Spirit! Yes we have things planned for given times, and we may have a basic knowledge of what’s to be accomplished, but what if we go in with an open mind? What if we just let things move along with ease? Let’s live a little bit on the edge today, not follow a step by step, point by point plan, and go with the flow. You can do it, you’ve got this, you’re capable and more than enough to follow the path of the freedom and mindfulness of the moment. You never know what the freedom of freedom might look like in the end! We choose what we say yes to, what we say no to. We are the ones to make the choices for our lives. You press the buttons, open the doors and are gifted with the path of your existence. If you feel you didn’t in the past, claim that you do this moment.
