Tremendous Thursday my beauties!!! What a glorious gift to be alive. I have some exciting news that I cannot yet share .. it’s a new experience for me, but it’s actually tied into a glorious new chapter for someone I love; I’ll share when I can. So .. new chapter. I look at it as every day is a new chapter. Some chapters have a very climactic beginning or ending that pull us into the next huge chapter of our life. Some chapters end with, “she had a restful night sleep” and start anew with “she rolled easily into the beauty of a new day and awoke with gratitude.” Each day truly is a new chapter, and each truly brings us to the next step in an ever-flowing life of ebb and flow. So .. be aware and read fully all the chapters of your life .. they allllll matter and are all precious!!!! Wonderful Wednesday my lovelies .. it’s a winter wonderland. So .. being real and authentic .. key. That’s reality. I truly am grateful for everything and do my best to focus on the positive, but I also let myself feel what I feel. Trust me, I have moments of discouragement, sadness, frustration, anger.. and I let myself feel it (though I don’t try and dwell there tooo long). However, one thing I am trying to be better at this year, is to speak my truth and honoring my gut. My heart and soul are naturally protective of others feelings, but I must also respect anothers ability to hear the truth from my perspective and vice versa. That’s authenticity and allows us all to grow, be aware of each others true feelings and expand. And doesn’t it feel like a weight is lifted when you are truly authentic? The caveat, of course, is it’s done from a place of love, honor and deep respect. So lovelies, be you .. fully .. the world needs the authentic you that you are. Tremendous Tuesday my beauties!!! Todays words are PRESENT and PRESENCE. Be PRESENT in each moment .. as my son says, don’t straddle and overlook now with one foot in the past and one in the future .. be here now. Darlings, this is your life .. its not a dress rehearsal .. its the real deal so live each moment fully. Be PRESENT with yourself and those around you .. put the phone down, close the computer lid, put the paper away, close the book, turn off the tube and be PRESENT. Converse and connect with each other. There’s always time to check on things, there is time, but pay attention to the realness of life. You are a treasure meant to be cherished, as are those around you. So honor your PRESENCE .. your PRESENCE to the moments in your life and to those in your PRESENCE. Spectacular and glorious Sunday my lovelies!!! What a glorious gift to breathe in a new day. It’s blustery here with snow on the ground and wind whipping out the windows. Already replaced the feathered friends water .. I cannot tell you how many thirsty visitors showed up throughout the day yesterday .. I could feel their joy in the simple gift of a drink. Happiness .. a choice? Yes, it really is .. how do you look at your life each moment? How can you shift your thoughts and words towards joy, gratitude and happiness? If a negative thought pops in the brain, I shift it to the blessings I’m experiencing, and it fills me with joy and gratitude. Focus on where you place your intentions and point your mind to the positive. In knowing the souls that surround us, the material blessings that serve us, our spirits within us and the simple daily miracles .. we’re blessed. So today, I’m grateful and I choose happiness and joy. Spectacular Saturday my lovelies. So grateful for this day. To wake up in a warm bed, critters stretching in ease and comfort around me, my son’s voice saying good morning. I sip on coffee as I look through my windows at joyous birds enjoying seeds and fresh water they were just provided .. singing their thanks to Source for provision. This is a blessed morning .. this is a time to stop and watch and let it sink in .. it allows me to breathe in the infinite love of the Divine. It reminds me that while my hands may have put out the water and seed, I didn’t create them, but served as a conduit to provide from Source for another living being. That happens on my behalf as well on a daily basis, behind the scenes, miraculous gifts of Divine Source provided through different vessels .. I’m awed in gratitude for so many small and huge blessings provided each day. Tremendous Thursday my beauties!!! What a glorious gift to be alive. One of the biggest gifts you can give yourself is to be fully present, fully aware and living the moments of your life … whatever that means to you. That doesn’t mean always running around trying to do everything and cram in everything (though it can) .. but, you can be present and fully aware in meditation and silence, in deep coversation, in reading a book. If you find that you’re creeping back into “unpresence” just refocus your lense. Life is a gift meant to be enjoyed, felt, seen, heard and experienced .. live in the way of being aware of the moments of your precious existence. Tremendous Tuesday my loves!!! Today, I return to work .. well in a fuller tine basis .. the last two weeks have had multiple days off, for which I’m grateful.
