Tremendous Thursday my lovelies. So grateful this morning and life. Steven Adler said before we started playing as the camper band, “we’re going to do this like we’re teenagers in our bedroom .. just have fun!” I loved this, because it reminded me that I need to let the child within me to come out and play more. Worry, fear, how we look to others just kinda melts away and we just end up having fun. Life is meant to be lived in joy, yes, there’s moments the adult is needed, but what if we all just try to have a little bit more innocent joy and let out inner child out more. Think, feel, play, dance, laugh, love with the authenticity of a child, rather than with our adult mind which automatically seems to set expectations of “how were supposed to be” versus who we truly just are. So let your child come out to play way more often .. I bet life becomes a bit more free and fun.
