Spectacular Sunday my beauties!!!!! I’m filled with gratitude and love for life. To me, coming from a core of love and kindness, holding each other up in the preferred times and not so preferred times is an amazingly beautiful and transformational experience and energy. So show kindness to each other, listen to each other, respect each other, love each other .. you don’t have to agree on everything or anything except you’re a living being with inherent and inalienable rights. And, if your soul is calling upon you to bring about change, do that .. with Self, with Source and with one loving hand in another loving hand which, in my oponion, was displayed beautifully very very recently. Tremendous Thursday my beauties!!! What a glorious gift to be alive. My theme this week has been about feeling .. our feelings and authenticity. There are times that we need to be shaken a little bit, it wakes us up. It makes us feel a little more, know more about our patterns, our souls, bring us to AHA moments and teaches that in ourselves we’re fine, worthy and enough. Some learnings are gloriously light and some are gloriously shadowed, but they’re both glorious. So if you’re being shaken in your boots a little bit, know the universe is preparing you for something that is so incredible you can’t even begin to imagine. So feel and experience it with every fiber of you. However, a reminder .. If you find yourself in a continuous loop of constantly being so focused and consumed with the lesson that you forget to enjoy and live your life, then you might want to shift that a bit .. it’s great to be in it .. but don’t let life escape you either. Remember just as much as you love your own soul, Source loves you just as much if not more and wants you to thrive .. and yes, the sun always shines again!!! Wonderful Wednesday my lovelies. Our response to the path. Authentic, real, honest .. as I said yesterday, we must feel what we feel as it’s our greatest teacher. However, dwelling continually in a state of negativity, doubt, anger and bitterness does not serve you. You truly have a choice in your reactions and responses to what unfolds. There really is much to be grateful for and universe is always focused on our greatest good .. truly. Tremendous Tuesday my lovelies. Allow your feelings to be felt and experienced. I don’t know about you, but I prefer to feel good .. to focus on the positive and lightness in life. However, we will experience other emotions on our journies. Emotions, like splashes of differing colors, paint an authentic, beautiful and lived life. Magnificent varying shades of reds, blues, purples, greens, browns, blacks, yellows and whites intertwined. In experiencing sorrow, joy seems so much more joyful. In allowing the low key ‘mehs,’ excitement seems so much more exciting. Feel what you feel … fully .. express them. We’re beings with feelings for a reason, they are incredible teachers. So allow and welcome melt downs, anger, crankiness and sadness; don’t you feel amazing once you’ve allowed them to be felt? Boy, I do .. while I prefer to live in the land of positivity and joy, I appreciate those feelings for the purpose they serve and release them in gratitude and love. So .. allow yourself to truly and authentically feel .. because that’s truly a lived life!!!!
