Tremendous Tuesday my terrifics. In the last few days, I have experienced individuals who have put self-care first, and I say BRAVO!!! While it’s a beautiful thing to love and care about another individual, we must allow ourselves to love and care deeply about our own souls first and to protect and nurture our needs. Ultimately, we cannot give to others that which we do not give ourselves first. So never, ever, ever, think (or allow yourself to be pursuaded to believe) self-care is not important or needed. You must love yourself, know your worthiness and your own Soul’s calling in order to live the life that you were meant to live. You are worth taking care of and worth living what you believe is the truth for your own existence. As always, I hold for all us love, light, life, joy, peace, hope, health, healing, kindness, connection, compassion, gratitude, sharing, understanding, forgiveness, friendship, family, companionship, creativity, imagination, inspiration, magic, music, intuition, wisdom, bravery, strength, passion, dreams, boldness, possibility, positivity, prosperity, abundance, balance, acceptance, boldness, strength, receiving, respect, caring, trust, play, laughter, smiles, hugs.
