Tremendous Tuesday my terrifics. In the last few days, I have experienced individuals who have put self-care first, and I say BRAVO!!! While it’s a beautiful thing to love and care about another individual, we must allow ourselves to love and care deeply about our own souls first and to protect and nurture our needs. Ultimately, we cannot give to others that which we do not give ourselves first. So never, ever, ever, think (or allow yourself to be pursuaded to believe) self-care is not important or needed. You must love yourself, know your worthiness and your own Soul’s calling in order to live the life that you were meant to live. You are worth taking care of and worth living what you believe is the truth for your own existence. Gratitude, I talk about it quite a bit, because I’m overwhelmed in gratitude of all the incredible individuals, experiences and gifts that Universe provides to me each and every day. I truly know how blessed I am in this life. So, as we go about our day and our life, let us always remember all the little blessings that surround us. Spectacular Saturday my Special Souls. This life is short. When we hear of events of sudden passings of those we are close to, or know through others, it touches our lives and serves as a reminder that life truly is very short. Tremendous Thursday my lovelies. Alive this day in much gratitude. When we live our lives in this very moment, not focusing on what is ahead or behind, but on what is right at our feet, we can live with more peace, comfort and joy.
