Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful and blessed. Deeper authenticity is my mantra this year. I will follow my soul, my gut, to say yes when it feels like a yes, and no when it feels like a no, unless there is a deeply compelling reason which resonates for the other choice. Of course, never to be cruel, but to be more honest. One of my traits has always been people pleasing, co-dependence, making others happy when truly the honesty is kinder in the end. While, most of the time it brings me joy, there are times Iām left feeling bitter, resentful and kind of icky … And this is brought about by my own actions .. not the other soul. So, in choosing to be more authentic, I choose to be more loving by being more honest with following my true feelings. While I did begin this somewhat the end of 2017, I will make this a bigger focus in 2018. What will be one of your focuses for this beautiful new year?
