Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful and blessed to be alive. Yesterday’s tragedy of the train derailment and loss of life fairly close to home is a reminder. While these events of life letting go or shifting, for whatever reason, happen every day. It reminds me once again, life can be taken away in an instant. My prayers go out to those who have ventured beyond and their love ones. As we walk our path today, let us hold gratitude for our breath and our being. Let the little annoyances roll off our shoulders, let the tasks this day and our triumphs be held in a circle of peace, lightness and joy. It truly is a glorious gift to be here this day .. so let’s embrace each second! Marvelous Monday my magnificent souls. What a glorious day it is to be awake and alive. As we begin this week, may we hold each second close and every moment as an opportunity to expand and thrive. Let us be filled with the cheer of the season, winter has a special glow and the warmth of hearts feels to be kindled a bit more in love. This week for me and my family is filled with the blessing of my son being home .. he gets to take a break from Basic Training mid week and come home on Sunday .. so there’s a special skip to my step .. I’m thrilled, grateful and brimming with anticipation! Spectacular Sunday my sweet souls. I am grateful for today. I don’t know about you, but there are moments where events, words or experiences from the past pop up that I’d prefer had remained a distant memory. A feeling of deja vu … I thought I already reconciled this … why are you back? Either another soul brings it up, something triggers it, or it just somehow floats in through the subconscious mind. For whatever reason, these annoying intruders are unintentionally invited back to the surface and tap their finger on our forehead saying “HELLLOOO.” Perhaps there is still something deep within us that needs to be healed from that time or event and it is worth looking at again, or another soul is seeking healing or understanding. If it’s the latter, it is your right to ask for distance, it is your choice in how to engage .. you can share your perception in-depth, briefly or ask kindly to be released from the deeper dive into the thoughts being rekindled. No matter what resurfaces, just acknowledge it is what it is, it was what it was. We can’t change the past, it happened, but we can settle into a peacefulness that we have the choice to not let it happen again, and it can live as the lesson or experience it was. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day. I’m grateful for today. As we begin this Friday of possibilities, let us hold in our heart, words and actions of kindness. We can chose to live our lives by lifting others up or tearing them down .. I choose to be the uplifter. To know that I may have a small part in putting a smile on another’s face means a lot to me. To know an individual has left my presence feeling more respected, seen and heard makes me smile. So let’s turn on our soul lights of love and kindness, and lift up those in our part of the world. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive. As we move about our lives, there are moments that we look to our past. The past can be a wonderful tool for learning more about ourselves. What we embrace, what we no longer wish to participate in, and aspects of ourselves that we would like to mold a little bit differently .. and sometimes to just remember the sweetness and magic!!! I do my best when remembering difficult times to not live in a place of regret, or a place of victimhood. That doesn’t mean that there are things that maybe I would have changed a bit or times when I do feel that I was a recipient of victimization, but, I choose to embrace the lessons. I also choose to live in a place of grace, positivity and gratitude for the many blessings bestowed by the Divine! Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful and blessed to be alive. I do not take the gift of life, breath or another day on this earth, for granted. There are others who tried to stay, but they had a different path, for a given reason. For me to look upon the sun each morning, and the moon each night, is an incredible gift from the Divine. Let us never take for granted the blessing that has been bestowed upon us of another day! Another day in the presence of those that we love, another day to smile into the world, another day to learn more about ourselves. Spectacular Sunday my sweet souls. Goood and glorious Sunday! It’s a brisk and beautiful day. Starting my day next to my daughter, critters and a warm cup of coffee, listening to the crows singing .. so grateful. Today holds many moments I know will be spectacular .. get to watch the Nutcracker with a very dear soul today .. the joy of the music, the brilliance of the dancers, the stirring of the pageantry just makes my heart sing! What will you do this day to ignite your Spirit? It could be a walk in the briskness, coffee with friends, writing cards .. so many things.
