Fortunate Friday my fabulous ones … we are alive. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread love and kindness. In the last few days, two well known individuals have taken their life; there are others we may not know or who may be in our circles who took the same path. My sweet souls, I know there are days where it can feel like the darkest of nights. We are bombarded daily by messages, not only in our own heads but through social media, television, ads, each other, and many other venues telling us we’re not enough … so many not this enough or that that enough. THESE ARE LIES!! We also have our own demons that float around in her head that sometimes only we know, things brought on by the past .. memories, guilt, shame leading to self loathing. Depression, anxiety, mental illness that is as true of a health issue as a heart condition and in need of professional treatment! I want to tell you today that you are worthy, you are enough, you are needed, you are beautiful, you are unique and you are glorious. You are here for the most amazing of purposes TO BE GLORIOUSLY YOU! Love yourself and honor yourself .. and be kind to yourself. If you could see yourself through the eyes of the Divine, you’d be amazed at your glory. Please, if you’re having any thoughts of doing harm to yourself, there is a number at the end of this post .. call it and seek help .. you truly are not alone.
