Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful for this day of life. We are infinite! While moments can show up with heavy clouds, the blue and starry skies lie above. As the wind gently pushes the clouds away, so do the moments of our lives shift and change. Our moods are not who we are, it is what we feel at a given time. Dark emotions will clear to joy and peace. It’s so important to remember that what we can feel in a moment is fleeting; it’s the process of life. If we can hold on, breathe through the emotional heaviness we can sometimes feel, there is joy, calm and peace on the other side. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is the time to seek help and honest conversations about where we stand at a given time. Time passes, the veil of sadness and desperation can be transformed and life can go from darkness to light. Hold on beloved .. the sun is coming.
