Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls … happy last day of February 2018. Grateful! Received a lovely honor yesterday at work, I was given an excellence in leadership award for my service. I was nominated by my boss, spoken on behalf of by our senior leader to the other leaders in the company and was chosen. The kind words that were told to me, and the recognition for the work I’ve done over the last five years was something that made my heart fill with pride and overwhelming gratitude. I was truly humbled. It is nice to know the difference that we make on a daily basis in what we do, who we embrace, and how we live our lives. So, today I challenge you to tell someone that makes a difference in your life how important they are, and spread kind words of how you recognize their importance in your life. We all need a pat on the back every once in a while, it puts a skip in your step and a new perspective in your heart and soul. Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful for life. Keep moving, keep dreaming, keep exploring, reaching, creating, loving and living. Our life changes day to day .. as do our wants. Keep placing one foot in front of the other, moving forward. Let your bliss come easily to you and let life’s ebb and flow occur naturally .. as it is meant to be. Spectacular Sunday my sweets. I am grateful for today. There are things in our hearts that resonate, gut feelings that awaken our Spirits as we walk through our path that take our travels to new and glorious experiences. Fantastic Friday my fantabulous souls!! It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread compassion and kindness. Sometimes the individual needing the most compassion is us. We need to protect our own hearts and cover them in kindness, love and compassion. If you feel as if you need to set boundaries, say no, guard your own being from either your own actions or another, this is being truly kind to yourself. Be honest, with yourself and others .. and allow compassion to cover your soul. It’s ok to feel what you feel. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive. Do you ever think to much? Create situations in your brain that end up never happening, but they might has well have, because your worry or negative projections have already created a cataclysm of events you try to prepare for” that never occur? As we walk through life, may we try to shift out of the habit of trying to fix created situations in our mind rather than living what truly exists. It can be much simpler and more rewarding if we face what’s truly upon us now versus projecting our fears and negative connotations that don’t come into fruition! Lightening up and let joy guide your day! Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls. Grateful for the gift of today! Sometimes it feels as if we are in a whirlwind. Standing in the middle of a field naked with hurricane force winds, blizzard conditions, tornados, sleeting rain, hailstorms and floods all around us. It at these moments where we need to stop … breathe … center .. and simply do what we can in the given moment. Losing our balance and our “shit” in these moments not only makes things worse, it weakens our ability to move through. You’ve got this .. almost nothing is of as great of an urgency or importance as the world makes it out to be. Unless you’ve got a patient in cardiac arrest or bleeding out, another minute, hour or day is probably not really going to matter in the long run. So breathe deeply, bring your calm back, and know you’ve got this. Take your power and smile back and let it be. Push through, but let the anxiety drop away. You are enough!!! We each are given seeds of passion that germinate deep within us and allow us to bloom into the flower that we are meant to become. The petals of my being are unique from yours, but the fragrance, while different, is just as sweet. If we try and color our lives as others would prefer, we loose the tones and hues which are ours.
