Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful for this day of life. On this most glorious of days, let us be open to all the adventures ahead of us. Even if that adventure is sitting in a comfortable chair with a wonderful book and a cup of tea or coffee. When we allow ourselves to just be, to flow with ease, to make each moment resonate in authentic self-awareness and self love, life becomes a beautiful experience. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day. Today, let us live each moment with kindness. Kindness shouldn’t really be limited to one day a week, though I use Fridays as a reminder, kindness really is a state of living each and every day. We can extend kindness to the world through positivity, light, respecting all souls, and just being good hearted human beings. If we see another in need, and know we can help, step up and help .. do so if your the Spirit leads. If we see someone is down, sometimes a simple smile will lift a soul. Empathy is a beautiful way to show kindness .. putting yourself in another’s shoes and truly seeing them and listening .. you never know what heart you might shift from just by be willing to “see” their true self. We are so blessed in our lives, that sharing a caring Spirit is a blessing we can give forward. So today .. live kindly, be open and share some love and light. Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful for life. Here’s to a day that holds levity. It’s so good every day to have a nice laugh. For something or someone to show up and create a giggle or put a little smile or smirk on our faces is a gift. Trust me, we can all think too much and let life feel heavier than it needs to be .. seriously. So relax, let go and just be in a light space at least once or twice every day. Marvelous Monday my magnificent souls. Grateful. Simplicity, uncomplicated living, more ease and less push. As I awaken to the sound of my own breath, the rushing of blood through my veins, the sounds of life all around me, it reminds me that in truth the basics of life are filled with simplicity yet amazing miracles of design. We are magnificent works of mastery created divinely. Yet, we can take the most simple things, moments, experiences, and the let chaos swirl amongst us. So today, I ask you to give yourself peace by allowing the pushing of life to melt away into a slower pace by just being and moving through life as a gentle partner. If you live your life holding grace and love in a simplistic balance, your life will be one of much greater ease. Just being is enough. Spectacular Sunday my sweet souls. Goood and glorious Sunday! I don’t know about you, but there have been events and times in my life that have caused me pain. And, being human, those moments can leave the spirit shaded, colored in bitterness. This may cause the soul to feel heavy and broken at times. I know that no one truly gets through life unscathed. In all actuality, the scars carved into our beings help just as much as the joy in molding us into the beautiful creatures we are. So take faith in this dear soul .. in the practice of releasing that which hinders our growth, from fear, hurt, regret and bitterness, we allow ourselves to rise. You may experience turbulence breaking through the clouds to the fresh and peaceful state, but it’s there. This practice may be daily or minute by minute, but it’s worth it. Release that which you can, yet embrace and lovingly salve the parts of you that are just not yet ready to be released .. not in pity, but in empathy. For pity is a victim and empathy is love. Fantastic Friday my fantabulous souls!! It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread the love. Kindness comes in so many ways. It’s an open heart, ears that listen, eyes that see, words that soothe, hugs that comfort and bring peace. Kindness doesn’t necessarily cost one dime, or more than a minute of your time. A simple smile as you passed someone on the street is a form of kindness, because you’re recognizing that individuals existence. Putting your phone down in the company of someone else, to pay full attention to them alone, is a form of kindness (and respect) too. So as you go about your day, think of little ways that you can be kind and make a difference to someone in this world.
