Fantastic Friday my fantabulous souls!! HAPPPPPYYY FRIDAY!!!! It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread compassion and kindness. Kindness, YESSSS … bitterness, not so much. The world can feel kind of cold and bitter sometimes .. HOWEVER, there is so much light out there, really. If we can focus on the good and be a bringer of light, we can make a huge difference in our own life and others. So today, let the sweetness of our souls shine through in acts of kindness. Today, smile, open a door, say thank you and please, spread kinder words, reactions and body language. It’s kind of like a boomerang .. it comes back atcha. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive. There are moments in life where we can take things way too seriously. Sometimes the best thing you can do for your spirit is to just be, let things go, enjoy life, take a breath, go outside, have some fun, laugh a little, be at peace. Trust me, there’s always more to do in our minds eye, but if we don’t embrace this particular moment, the now, you’re going to miss it. So today, just be a little more free with your heart, soul and mind. Let life be what life is. I promise you, you’ll feel much better by just accepting and living. Doesn’t mean you can’t continue to pursue, but don’t give up the now each and every time to do it … ENJOY YOUR LIFE!!!! Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls. Grateful for the gift of today!! So … when you raised your head this morning what was the first thought that popped into your head? Was it a positive thought about a brand new day or, a … oh crap, here we go again! Now, I’ll be the first to admit I’ve had the ‘OH CRAP moments but I’ve had more of the positive moments. So when I wake up, I try to make the first thought focused on something that I’m grateful for, I’m appreciative of, the blessings that I have … the warmth of the bed, the sounds of the birds (the sounds of the coffee pot starting up .. lol), the critters next to me, my kiddos, friends, family. Anything to bring the focal point of the beginning of my day to something good. Let’s face it, everybody has moments when we like to turn the lights off and just go back to sleep, but if we really really look at where we stand, we’ve got pretty sweet lives. Most of us have roofs over our heads, cars to drive, food to eat, a place to go and work, friends and family that we connect with, passions of creativity or hobbies, we can go out and play on occasion, and we all have nature surrounding us. So let’s marinate our brains on the good sauce of the positive and let the negative sauce sit in the cupboard!!! Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful. Life, it holds so many many emotions, adventures, twists and turns. It brings about changes within us and changes around us. If we maintain within our souls peace and positivity, no matter what is going on outside of us, we can stay in the state of calm. When we allow the chaos that swirls about us to get internal, that is when our peace starts to evaporate. There are many tools to assist in this practice, meditation, breathing, etc. and bring true to who we are .. treasuring our authenticity and caring for our needs. So hold sacred space for yourself and know you are worthy of peace and positivity each and every day!
