Spectacular Sunday my sweet souls. Goood and glorious Sunday! We are as shifting sands .. ever changing, ever rearranging the landscape of us. As the beauty of the tide flows both gently and as a beast tossing about, we, like the sand, are moved by the elements surrounding us. We experience growth and change with every tick of the clock, we age, we learn, we expand. It’s a beautiful thing called life, it’s an adventure that takes us to many places with our own souls and bodies. Never be afraid to shift, it’s part of life’s natural progression to be molded into the us of tomorrow … but make sure to be in the present of now … for that is where the adventure is fully grasped and where sweet memories are made. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful. It’s a new day and I’m a participant! As we travel this earthly plane, let us always remember that we are not the only travelers along the path. Fantastic Friday my fantabulous souls!! It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread love and kindness. My heart grieves for the losses we have seen. We are all vessels. We can choose that which radiates from within us. It is our choice to choose shadows or light. I choose the light. There are so many souls and blessings to be grateful for each day. By giving back in kindness and love, we pour out the light of love from our soul. Light is always needed. There are souls in the shadows that surround us, if we can but shine our light a little brighter in their direction each and every day, sharing words of love and acts of kindness, we can make a difference where we stand. Keep your eyes open today for those in need and let them know that they are worthy, enough, and loved. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Grateful to be alive. My heart breaks for those that have gone beyond this realm at such a young age of life unexpectedly or through any circumstance. While anyone’s passing brings sorrow and ache, when senseless acts happen, no matter where or to whom, it brings a feeling of extreme loss and questioning. My heart goes out to all those left behind .. especially parents, siblings and dear friends and family. Let’s allow this tragedy to remind us to hug each other a little tighter, listen a little more mindfully, bestow more grace and understanding to one another, to love more unconditionally, and let the small stuff go more frequently. Let’s walk each other home in respect holding each other up through hand-in-hand knowing we are not separate but connected.
