Superb Saturday my special souls. Grateful for this day. Just keep moving .. going forward! When we allow our past to take over our lives, we are basically allowing our history to run us over. Walk forth and go towards your dream. Now history can be a wise teacher and bring marvelous insight .. but we don’t reside there anymore .. stepping forward leads to progress and movement. If we live each moment in the now we are on our path in fullness. Be mindful of where your thoughts live .. do they constantly take you back to the past or are they focused on the present moment? A conscience of consistent mindfulness puts us on a much better course then trying to walk backwards .. when you can’t really get to the there that was there before .. it’s completed. You are strong, steadfast, worthy and enough!
