Spectacular Saturday my special souls. I am grateful for this day!!! The grace of letting go and forgiveness. Two extremely powerful concepts that end up affecting us more than anybody else. When we hold on to past hurts, decisions, situations and experiences and allow them to marinate in the seasonings of bitterness, regret, self-righteousness and self-pity, we actually block ourselves in a cloak of “yuck.” By letting go of that which once hurt us, disappointed us or those we felt betrayed by (including ourself) we release ourselves from the prison of those old emotions to walk freely in joy. You are the prison guard who holds the key to the lock to stay caged or to unlock it the door to freedom. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. I had a glorious day yesterday with my lil munchkin grandson, his dear parents and my wonderful boot camp son .. lol! SOOO grateful! WELL, It’s Friday challenge day and the last Friday in 2017. How will you celebrate kindness this day? I shall have a smile on my face, uplifting words in my mouth and will hold thoughts of love, goodness and light in my mind, heart and Soul. Kindness truly is a beautiful gift that we can share with the world, it’s usually free but is priceless. So, as we go about our day let’s spread the love and cheer. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive. Each and every one of us have our own path, our own purpose, that which just sits right within our soul. And, that does change over time .. I’ve experienced it personally a few times. What felt right a year ago, may feel odd and off in the present moment. That is the journey of life and the beauty of it. We shift, we expand, we experience, and we grow. And what works for one person, may not work for another. It is up to us to look within our own soul and to find that sweet song of life that calls us to compose our existence. To not allow another to force us to change the tune of us. It’s our blessing and we all have that .. our children, family, friends all have their own sweet melody that guides them. Our gift to them is to honor their masterpiece and release the need to rearrange the notes to fit into our own composition. So embrace your glorious song and honor those who prefer a different melodic pattern than your own! When you experience the world through the eyes of the Divine, you will find that what once looked tarnished is beautiful beyond measure. Terrific Tuesday tremendous souls! I woke up this morning, to a very lovely sound in my kitchen … my son. I am so grateful to have this time with him over this holiday season while he is home from Boot Camp. I’m also grateful that my daughter was here to share some time together. Whomever you may be sharing moments with, be it family, friends, yourself, or critter family, know that the time is blessed. It is a time of love and reflection on life itself .. a time to remember the greatest gifts that we have .. the air we breathe, the skin we wear, the muscles and bone that move and support us … life itself, not the mention each other, ourselves and of course Divine Grace. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful. Happy Christmas Eve Eve! As we walk the path of life, it is wise to be mindful of all that we’re grateful for .. and to release grievances, hurts, and misunderstandings with ourselves and others. Let us spend some time this day to reflect on all the blessings that we have and all that we are grateful for. In appreciation for the lesson, we can ask forgiveness or provide forgiveness for moments and acts we were not pleased with .. it’s such a healing experience. If the other person isn’t around, we can do this in our hearts and our souls.
