Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive. Each morning that we awaken, we are a new being in this world. Change is constant .. in both little and larger ways; this is life. Experiences, deep conversations and even the simplicity of daily tasks carve the caverns of Spirits to a new mindfulness and awakening in a continual motion. As we walk through our now let us remember we are incapable of going back to the way things were, because the way things were no longer exist. In each forward tick in the hand of time, something has progressed, be it small or large; we are constantly evolving. Let us open our hearts to our true selves, getting to know the realness of the soul each and every day .. reacquainting ourselves with ourselves. Walking forward, head held high in dignity and grace .. lovingly and compassionately with our constantly changing companion that is us.
