Fantastic Friday fabulous souls! Grateful for this beautiful day! It’s our Friday kindness challenge day – the day we make an intention to cover this planet in kindness! Think of a couple people who could use good cheer and send them a written note by mail – it’s becoming a lost art, and who doesn’t love a cheerful note! Call someone you haven’t spoken to for awhile and let them know you’re thinking of them. Feed the birds, pet a dog or cat, go to an elders home and bring them something home baked. Or simply pay $5 towards the person behind you in a line. So many ways to spread little acts of kindness! And you – well – I’m sending you a virtual hug to say you. are wanted, needed, loved, cared for and worthy! Treat yourself with kindness. Special Sunday to spectacular souls! Grateful for this day! There are times in our lives where everything needs to stop and refreshment and rejuvenation is required. It doesn’t mean that life stops, it just means there is a needed time to collapse inward – both physically and emotionally for needed healing and peace. Listen to your spirit and reach out to the ultimate Grace for guidance and support. You’ll know what is needed – make sure you mindfully follow that guidance and allow those dearest to you to buoy you up.
