Special Sunday to spectacular souls! Grateful for this day! There are times in our lives where everything needs to stop and refreshment and rejuvenation is required. It doesn’t mean that life stops, it just means there is a needed time to collapse inward – both physically and emotionally for needed healing and peace. Listen to your spirit and reach out to the ultimate Grace for guidance and support. You’ll know what is needed – make sure you mindfully follow that guidance and allow those dearest to you to buoy you up. It’s okay sometimes to step off the path and allow yourself this precious time. We all need respite.
