Wonderful Wednesday whimsical souls!!! Hellllloooo – about to begin my commute to work – it’s filled with traffic jams of the furry kind and a 30-second pause to freshen up the coffee. Tales of tails that will be waiting to trip me up – but I’ll make it. Had a friend who lost a relative yesterday due to the nasty bugger COVID! I pray that it gets better quickly! May we all do our part in the best way we can to keep ourselves and others out of harms way. To those out there serving others – THANK YOU – and prayers of safety! I challenge you this day to sing for 15 minutes – repeat twice (at least) wherever your at. Sing along with the radio (yes – I know it’s now streaming through your phone – but radios still exist), strumming a guitar, playing the keys or acapella. Let your voice raise and your soul fill with joy! Remember, you are wanted, needed, seen and treasured. Fantastic Friday fabulous souls!!! It’s our Friday kindness challenge day!!! Sending you love as well as thoughts of health (and kindness). In living in kindness – right now if you’re NOT needed out and about, stay home. I am actually, yes seriously, an introvert, so being at home is not freaking me out at all. It’s my place of respite anyway. But if you’re feeling shut in then do walks, take a drive, see the local sights from the safety of your own car. For us all, please do this with me. Step one, taking a very deep breath. Step two, hold and just allow yourself to be filled in peace. Step three, release your breath. Don’t you feel a little bit better? Repeat as many times as needed. During the day if you find your getting anxious, frustrated, scared, grumpy and ‘crunchy’ – PAUSE – peace, acceptance, understanding, serenity and exhaling – take the time to just breathe. It’s going to be OK! And, remember, you are wanted, needed, seen and treasured. Remember – it is what it is right now – but it WILL work out in the end!
