Spectacular Sunday glorious souls!! OK dear ones, say this after me, I am at peace, I am safe, I can breathe, it’s all going to be ok! Now take a deep breath, release take another deep breath release! Do you feel better – good. I pray health fills you, hope embodies you and that you take it a day at a time. I know it’s a new normal now, but we’ve got this. For those on the front line, be it a healthcare worker, a grocery store worker, wherever people are out in the public doing a job, THANK YOU!! Let’s never forget, we are needed, wanted and treasured. AND let’s take care of each other!!
