Today, if you haven’t already, start a practice of writing down for yourself three things for which you hold gratitude, I encourage you to follow this practice. Some will do it first thing in the morning or you could do your list before you go to bed for the night. They can be anything – big things, little things; hidden blessings you take for granted. They can be souls who have mentored you or touched your life in a beautiful way. During the day, when you get stressed, look at your gratitude list; it will make your heart smile. we really are covered in blessings. You are wanted, needed and treasured!!
