Terrific Tuesday my tremendous ones. I’m so grateful to be here and to be able to share in the day on this beautiful planet. In the midst of movement, life, daily activities, let us always remember that there is a beautiful still place inside of us where we can go to whenever we need peace and comfort. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day. I am grateful. More than anything else right now, we need a little love and a lot of kindness. So today I challenge you, yes you, to go out and spread light, kindness, joy and hope into this beautiful world. It can simply be a smile, a “good morning” at work to someone you don’t normally talk to, listening to someone’s story for the first or tenth time. It really doesn’t take a ton of effort or cost. Also, let’s remember to tell people closest to us how much they are loved and how much they matter. So let shift the energy around a little bit and put a little bit extra light into this world. You are worthy, glorious, unique, beautiful and more than enough … I think you’re the bees knees 🐝. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. May every soul be touched deeply in gratitude for another day. Let us take moments to breathe deep, be grateful and fill our hearts and our souls with serenity and love. A lot has been happening and we can be swept into it either personally or through the constant chatter. It can touch us in spaces within our beings we didn’t realize existed. So .. make sure to take care of you and to give yourself time to process your emotions. Ultimately, hold on to knowing everything always works out in the end. Treasured Tuesday my tremendous souls. My heart is heavy, but my hope and faith is strong. So much loss, so many ruthless, unbelievable and cowardly acts, so many passings of those so respected who set our souls afire and touched us deeply with their creativity. Those dear ones whose lives touch us individually with their beauty, love and grace and have gone beyond. I shall grieve, remember, honor and hold you deeply and closely in our hearts and soul. But I will remind myself that life is a gift and sadness and hopelessness is not what would ever be wanted for me by them. So I will allow my sorrow for a time and pick myself up and live in fullness, joy, love, peace and hope. I will do what I can to touch those that surround me. I shall honor this life and be grateful to those around me and those who have gone forward to their next adventure. And, I will remind myself, and you dear ones, that the sun does rise again always. It is Monday my magnificent souls. I’m grateful that I am here and that you are as well. My heart goes out to all affected by the shooting in Las Vegas yesterday and all those affected by acts of violence across the globe. It boggles my mind all that takes place with a violent intent. I hold thoughts of peace, healing and comfort for all. May we ourselves heal our souls and love ourselves and other in the purest of fashion. We are all fellow travelers on this globe, each with the right to live in peace, hope and love. My heart is heavy, but never without hope. Spectacular Sunday my sweets and welcome October 2017!!!! Fresh starts, rejuvenating times, going down a different path. I find that there are times in my life where I’m on a chosen path, thrilled with the scenery and where I am and I can get distracted and veer off to a habit from the past and stay there feel stuck .. all the while making excuses for the shift back from where I no longer feel comfortable. For me, today is the day to stop the excuses, the coddling, and envelop a steadfast spirit and get back on the course that makes me feel great physically, spiritually and mentally!! I can do this. If there is anything that you’ve been wanting to do, you’ve got this .. any moment is a brilliant time to make a fresh start!!! Life is such a gift and to live it in the utmost joy, comfortable in our own being is a brilliant place to exist!
