It’s Tuesday treasured souls!! Good morning – a very hard to believe we are towards the end of October – seriously, where does the time go. Whatever you find yourself struggling with you are not alone. I know these times are strange and I ask that you be kind to yourself – news causing you anxiety, turn it off or listen to a trusted source one time a day! I am SO tired of the political ads myself! Social media causing your blood pressure to rise, read a good book instead and let your imagination soar. Step away and nurture your soul – I actually like to listen to quiet music or the audio bible myself! Most of all – take care of YOU and those closest to you. Remember, you are needed, worthy, wanted and loved. Spectacular Sunday glorious souls!! Good morning! I saw something on someone else’s post that made me think – basically it was this – introspective assignment. What time was the best and the worst in your life – what actions were you doing (not feelings) that made it that way? Also who inspired/inspired you and why – who are your mentors and what about them makes you lean in? I think this Sunday can be transformative (every day can). If your here – you have a purpose! You truly are needed and wanted in this world. It’s Tuesday treasured souls!! I found out yesterday morning that a dear soul and bandmate from The Dirt Road Band, Andy Helms, has taken his journey from this earth. My heart is heavy and my love goes to his family, friends and especially his wife – Mel – our lead songbird and a dear friend!!! The band was a family – we spent so much time together and had so many precious, hysterical, inspiring and loving moments. We had several folks come and go, but Andy and Mel were the cement that held us together. I will miss his stories, kindness, wisdom, love and laughter. Andy – I can only imagine what you are doing at the moment – it must have a story and guitar in it! I love ya! For us all – life is truly short! Take the time you have now to tell others how much you care for them, live in forgiveness and LOVE!!!You are all needed, worthy, wanted and loved.
