Kindness FriYay fantastic souls!! Good morning! Kindness challenge day! Day off for me except one meeting – holding much gratitude for this. My ask of you this day – spread kindness everywhere you go. We truly do not know what another is facing in a given moment or day. One kind word or gesture can be powerful catalyst and make a huge difference to someone; especially someone in pain. Never ever forget that you, just as you are, are needed, worthy, wanted and loved!! I send prayers of love, grace, life, joy, peace, hope, health, healing, kindness, mercy, compassion, gratitude, sharing, – empathy, understanding, forgiveness, courage, fortitude, blessings, strength, laughter, smiles and hugs.
