On this day, whether your father is still by your side in body or in Spirit, let us remember them in gratitude, love and appreciation. For those who didn’t necessarily have a father that they could celebrate, is there an individual in your life that you feel was by your side as a father figure – if so celebrate them. I was extremely fortunate to have a father and grandfathers who cared deeply for me and showed their love and encouragement every day – I miss them. Let us celebrate and give thanks for our fathers, those who are here and those who are in the great beyond. Your attention and your time with your children is priceless. I am so grateful for mine.
