Fantastic Friday fabulous souls!!! Grateful! It’s our Friday kindness challenge day! As we rise today in our physicality, let us rise today also in our Spirit. We truly can make a difference in another’s life by acknowledging their presence, listening to their words, discerning their meaning and being there in our own way. A smile is worth 1000 times more than you can imagine, because it says I see you and I acknowledge you. So today spread the kindness, goodness, joy and worthiness to those around you AND be kind to yourself! No negative self talk, just encouragement and uplifting words and thoughts!! If you feel negativity coming on, shift it immediately – you need to be a champion for yourself, not a critic! You are worthy, wanted, loved and needed.
