Special Sunday my spectacular souls. Glorious day! Today is the first day of the rest of your life, the best of your life. When we consciously hold this thought for each new day, we step mindful into the blessings of this day – the present moment. We can release the past, forgive the things we feel weren’t as we preferred, let people off the hook for their part that didn’t go as well and live today fresh and clear. Each moment is a teaching experience – but if we usher in joy, positivity, kindness and love we start in a great place to build the steps upwards and onward. You have everything you need today and you are always worthy, enough and supported.
