Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s our kindness challenge day! Spread the love! The kindness and love you give truly is an essence that remains and permeates those in receipt of that gift! If we come from a place of uplifting, respect, love and kindness in all we do, to all we meet, it’s like a chain reaction; we are touched as the giver and others are touched by the receiver. It’s a beautiful pattern of life to embrace – to mindfully be kind and see others as the unique and precious gift they are. We will meet those with joy unbound, those covered in a persona of a defeated and broken soul and those who live hidden with a mask of smiles; we know not the full story of each life. So let’s make a conscious effort to live our lives in kindness and love each day – it really can make a difference to them and to us!
