Glorious Sunday my sweets. Blessed be to all. Welcome July!!! Today let’s start a month of forgiveness; starting with ourselves. There are things along our journey that we have done or said that we may not be 100% proud of. Heck, life is a series of learning experiences that has brought us to now. So let’s show ourselves and others some compassion. None of us are perfect, that is a given, there are things in the past that I would prefer not to have done or said. It is what it is, I’m not aware how to perform time travel to change the past but, maybe you can. One thing we can do is to say I’m sorry and to really hold forgiveness in our hearts. I sometimes believe it’s harder to forgive ourselves then it is to forgive others, so today take a half an hour write down things that you have felt sorrow or discontent over and forgive … and say I’m sorry. If someone you want to apologize to is no longer with us or in your sphere of connection any longer, write a letter read it out loud and then rip it up and let it be. Meditate and change the action or words in your mind. Journal forgiveness to yourself, how have you been consistently unkind to your own soul. It is truly miraculous when we can clear those emotions that hide in the shadows, sweep away the cobwebs with love and forgiveness; It should be an ongoing practice in our journeys. As I have stated before if I have done anything to hurt you by actions or words, I apologize, I’m very sorry and please forgive me.
