Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day to be alive. Breathe in the positive, breathe out the negative. When you find you’re anxious, or you’re feeling your nerves are on edge because you’re frustrated, annoyed or angry, just breathe and let it go. If you sit in peace for just a few minutes when you’re starting to tense up and stress out, it can be the best remedy to bring you back to center and calm. We all have moments, where we feel kinda prickly, that’s OK, but that’s not a great feeling. So if we can bring ourselves back to a place where we are in the light and the positive, it always feels, at least to me, so much better. So today breathe in the positive and out the negative, repeat as often as needed. As always, I hold for all us love, light, life, joy, peace, hope, health, healing, kindness, connection, compassion, gratitude, sharing, understanding, forgiveness, friendship, family, companionship, creativity, imagination, inspiration, magic, music, intuition, wisdom, bravery, strength, passion, dreams, boldness, possibility, positivity, prosperity, abundance, balance, acceptance, boldness, strength, receiving, respect, caring, trust, play, laughter, smiles, hugs. May your day be filled in peace. Muahhhhhhh Xoxoxo 😄 ♥️🙏
