Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful. Life, it holds so many many emotions, adventures, twists and turns. It brings about changes within us and changes around us. If we maintain within our souls peace and positivity, no matter what is going on outside of us, we can stay in the state of calm. When we allow the chaos that swirls about us to get internal, that is when our peace starts to evaporate. There are many tools to assist in this practice, meditation, breathing, etc. and bring true to who we are .. treasuring our authenticity and caring for our needs.
