Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Grateful to be alive. My heart breaks for those that have gone beyond this realm at such a young age of life unexpectedly or through any circumstance. While anyone’s passing brings sorrow and ache, when senseless acts happen, no matter where or to whom, it brings a feeling of extreme loss and questioning. My heart goes out to all those left behind .. especially parents, siblings and dear friends and family. Let’s allow this tragedy to remind us to hug each other a little tighter, listen a little more mindfully, bestow more grace and understanding to one another, to love more unconditionally, and let the small stuff go more frequently. Let’s walk each other home in respect holding each other up through hand-in-hand knowing we are not separate but connected.
