Spectacular Saturday my special souls. I am grateful for this day!!! The grace of letting go and forgiveness. Two extremely powerful concepts that end up affecting us more than anybody else. When we hold on to past hurts, decisions, situations and experiences and allow them to marinate in the seasonings of bitterness, regret, self-righteousness and self-pity, we actually block ourselves in a cloak of “yuck.” By letting go of that which once hurt us, disappointed us or those we felt betrayed by (including ourself) we release ourselves from the prison of those old emotions to walk freely in joy. You are the prison guard who holds the key to the lock to stay caged or to unlock it the door to freedom. I hold for all us love, light, life, joy, peace, hope, health, healing, kindness, connection, compassion, gratitude, sharing, understanding, forgiveness, friendship, family, companionship, creativity, imagination, inspiration, magic, music, intuition, wisdom, bravery, strength, passion, dreams, boldness, possibility, positivity, prosperity, abundance, balance, acceptance, boldness, strength, receiving, respect, caring, trust, play, laughter, smiles, hugs.
