Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful and blessed to be alive. Yesterday’s tragedy of the train derailment and loss of life fairly close to home is a reminder. While these events of life letting go or shifting, for whatever reason, happen every day. It reminds me once again, life can be taken away in an instant. My prayers go out to those who have ventured beyond and their love ones. As we walk our path today, let us hold gratitude for our breath and our being. Let the little annoyances roll off our shoulders, let the tasks this day and our triumphs be held in a circle of peace, lightness and joy. It truly is a glorious gift to be here this day .. so let’s embrace each second!
