Spectacular Sunday my sweet souls. I am grateful for today. I don’t know about you, but there are moments where events, words or experiences from the past pop up that I’d prefer had remained a distant memory. A feeling of deja vu … I thought I already reconciled this … why are you back? Either another soul brings it up, something triggers it, or it just somehow floats in through the subconscious mind. For whatever reason, these annoying intruders are unintentionally invited back to the surface and tap their finger on our forehead saying “HELLLOOO.” Perhaps there is still something deep within us that needs to be healed from that time or event and it is worth looking at again, or another soul is seeking healing or understanding. If it’s the latter, it is your right to ask for distance, it is your choice in how to engage .. you can share your perception in-depth, briefly or ask kindly to be released from the deeper dive into the thoughts being rekindled. No matter what resurfaces, just acknowledge it is what it is, it was what it was. We can’t change the past, it happened, but we can settle into a peacefulness that we have the choice to not let it happen again, and it can live as the lesson or experience it was.
