Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so appreciative for everything. Today I am blessed with with a visit from family, I get to see my son, my daughter in law and my little nine month old grandson …. joyous. Life is a series of moments, photo clicks, memories, adventures to come. But, choosing to live in the now, happiness can envelop our soul because we experience what is in front of us versus dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Happiness is not fleeting when we treasure and appreciate each given moment that we sit embrace .. it can be a natural state of being held in gratitude and love.
