Spectacular Sunday my sweets. I am so so grateful for today. When we allow ourselves to accept the accountability of life and know that ultimately our ever-changing thoughts, emotions, perceptions come from deep within us, we can accept where we are at in the moment. We are in a consistent ebb and flow of change, growth, expansion in the menu of possibilities existence holds. What sounded delicious one day, may taste bitter today .. and what we felt would be a glorious treat yesterday may no longer be how we feel today. Just as quickly as we felt a given feeling, tomorrow we may feel different. So allow yourself to be, trust your journey, and know you ultimately are the author of your own novel (though the Divine is always right there with you).
