Spectacular Sunday my sweets and welcome October 2017!!!! Fresh starts, rejuvenating times, going down a different path. I find that there are times in my life where I’m on a chosen path, thrilled with the scenery and where I am and I can get distracted and veer off to a habit from the past and stay there feel stuck .. all the while making excuses for the shift back from where I no longer feel comfortable. For me, today is the day to stop the excuses, the coddling, and envelop a steadfast spirit and get back on the course that makes me feel great physically, spiritually and mentally!! I can do this. If there is anything that you’ve been wanting to do, you’ve got this .. any moment is a brilliant time to make a fresh start!!! Life is such a gift and to live it in the utmost joy, comfortable in our own being is a brilliant place to exist!
