Marvelous Monday my magnificent souls. What a glorious day it is to be alive. I think, the thoughts that we hold, especially of ourselves, really carve the path of where we’re going. When we hold thoughts that are not in our best interest, and actually are self-condemning, we find ourselves in a pattern that is not the most beneficial. I find myself doing this more to myself lately, and that is something that I choose to change. We must be our biggest champions, now we must also see ourselves in truth so that those things that we do need to change we can, but at the same time we need to give ourselves a break and treat ourselves as we would somebody that we truly adore. So as we begin this week, let us hold ourselves in the light of love, kindness and forgiveness and start once again in a new light on our journey!! We are worthy, loved and enough right where we stand!
