Spectacular Sunday my Super Souls!!! As we springfoward with the time change (did you move your clocks ahead an hour), what intentions shall you hold for the season soon to be upon us? I shall surround myself in creativity in music and writing, in health and nurturing my body, soul, spirit. I shall spend meaningful moments with those that I hold dear. I will seek adventures that ignite my being. I will speak my truth in love and kindness.
